This website and the products described on it are intended only for people and organizations located in the United States. They are not offered to customers in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we receive your email address, any organization name and message you provide, the product you are interested in, your contact permission, the submission time, and campaign tags from the page URL, if present. We use that information to respond and understand interest in the product. The form does not collect payment information or create a product account.
We collect this information directly from you. We retain inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is enabled to help us understand how this site is used. It measures page visits, approximate location, browser and device information, campaign codes, scroll depth, clicks, questions opened, and inquiry-form progress. It uses a browser identifier and cookies that expire after six months. Event and user data are retained in Google Analytics for 14 months; aggregated reports may remain available longer.
Analytics receives field names and general error categories, but never the email address, organization name, or message you enter. Full URL query strings and referrer paths are removed from our analytics events. Google Signals, advertising storage, ad personalization, and advertising user-data features are disabled. We do not sell personal information or use this analytics data for targeted advertising.
You can turn analytics off or change your choice using in the product footer. We also honor supported Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals by leaving analytics off. Turning analytics off does not affect the inquiry form.
Security and local preferences
A short-lived hashed request identifier and request count help limit repeated submissions. The local launch checklist and your analytics choice save only their preferences in your browser.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to host and secure the site, store inquiries, deliver communications, and provide analytics. Google receives the analytics information described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what inquiry information we have about you or request its deletion, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. Use our inquiry form and include “Privacy request” in your message.
Children
This business-focused site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
